A. Balmond is designed to service trade customers however retail customers are more than welcome to purchase from us as well. 

Q. Do you ship abroad?
A. At this moment of time we only offer UK & Ireland Delivery service, however if you arrange your own courier then we can happily service you. 

Q. What is your minimum order value?
A. The minimum order is just £10.

Q. How quickly will my goods be delivered?
A. We dispatch all goods the next working day, your order will then delivered by our courier service provider the next working day. 

Q. What is your returns policy on goods not sold?
A. Balmond does not offer a ‘sale or return’ policy on goods supplied.

Q. My goods have been damaged on delivery, what should I do?
A. We ensure all goods are carefully packaged prior dispatch, if your goods appear to be damage please refuse to sign for the goods and contact us immediately. If you have already signed for the goods please contact us as soon as possible and certainly within 3 days.

Q. I have received goods that I have not ordered?
A. You will need to contact us as soon as possible with details of the product that you have received. 

Q. What should I do if I do not receive everything I’ve ordered?
A. Occasionally products may be ‘out of stock’ or  'not available'. This will be indicated on your invoice and you will not have been charged for this product. Please re-order when you place your next order.

Q. How are your shipping charges determined?
A. Shipping rate are calculated based on weight and location, view our delivery information page for more details
